Wind O&M Manager required for a global leader in the Renewable Energy industry.

The person will be responsible for the operation and control of several onshore wind farms the company has in Poland. The role is based in Warsaw.

Operate the local onshore wind farms and follow up with the KPI´s established for the operation Oversee the contractors and main service providers, which includes the supervision of the work on the sites and contract management Organize the daily maintenance activities and prepare monitoring reports Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality and safety standards Actively take care of continuous improvement

Professional Bachelor or Industrial Electrical Engineering Experience in the operation of onshore wind farms Knowledge of electrical systems  Fluency in English and Polish
