For our international Client, a highly respectful construction company we seek to appoint an IT Specialist for its headquarter in Warsaw. The main responsibility on this position is to provide technical support in Warsaw office as well as across the regional sites for the internal users. The Candidate must be prepared to receive high volume of tickets, e-mails and calls with technical problems and questions on the international level. IT Specialist will be responsible for proper troubleshooting process (both hardware and software) in friendly manner to keep a high level of customer satisfaction.
We require from the Candidate excellent customer service skills, min. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or any related), proven 3-5 years experience, experience with Active Directory, knowledge and passion for technology, fluent English and Polish, analytical approach and very well developed soft skills (communicative, motivated, good management skills, calm under pressure).
