Due to the company’s very dynamic development in the CEE region, we are looking for a Sales Manager – East Europe (Distribution). The position is home-based but with a necessity to travel frequently.
Continuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing Wholesale companies, Solar Distributors, and EPC customers, expanding sales coverage in Eastern Europe and providing strong service to the new and existing accounts. Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of the company?s sales plan in Eastern Europe Identify and develop key accounts. Negotiation and follow up of contracts. Manage the entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all the key accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company?s related internal departments Coordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of modules, and to advise customers of stock status Maintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic, and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customers and the company?s organization to ensure a long-term business partnership. Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements. Preparation of Rolling Forecast Proactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region. Identify and develop key accounts in Eastern Europe. Communication with customers on issues relating to their upcoming orders and shipments Analyze and monitor account customer data, and develop reports regularly based on customer information and development trends Ensure effective reporting of all activities under the managed accounts to the Regional Director on a weekly / monthly/quarterly basis Handle Logistical, Financial, Quality, and Pre and After Sales issues for shipments made to Hungarian customers, including coordination of documents such as Letters of Credit, Proforma invoices, Bill of Lading, shipped product information data, etc.

Minimum Bachelor level 5+ years of previous experience within a similar role in an international company, ideally in the solar energy sector Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers Strong bias for customer satisfaction Proactive self-starter and problem solver Experienced in leading an international sales team can be of benefit Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Sales/business development experience in the B2B environment Experience in partner account management processes and technical sales Strategically Account Management Skill & Profitable Development of the Business Relationship The successful candidate is creative, highly motivated, and has a strong desire and passion for developing his knowledge of the renewable energy business Proactive self-starter and problem solver Good contacts, dynamic, adaptable, self-motivated, quick thinker, proactive and extroverted Commercially driven target orientated Successful track record defining the ability to grow market and client absorption strategically Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce) Current Market contacts and strong network Innovative Dynamic and thrives under an ever-changing market Self-motivated and able to effectively manage his/her time Quick thinker, proactive Passionate in their approach to the Industry and able to promote this passion professionally regardless of the level of the clients he is addressing Flexible to travel Languages
Fluent command of English and country-specific language is a must. Any Eastern European language would be a plus.
