For our international Client, a highly respectful construction company we seek to appoint a Financial Manager for the purpose of a road project execution. As the Financial Manager you will be the representative of the project and have the overall responsibility for ensuring the corporate integration of finance, treasury and cash management objectives, policies and procedures, ensuring the most effective and efficient implementation of finance functions by building relationships internally and externally and an ability to quickly establish credibility across an organization and engagement by others.

Monitor cash balances and requirements.

Prepare and present cash flow forecast.

Prepare Board documents.

Prepare cash analytics required by investors and management.

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes including developing financial targets.

Manage planning and forecasting processes, define deliverables, timing, processes.

Develop and implement financial forecasting models to predict operating results .

Implement financial forecasting and planning tools as needed to improve planning results.

Coordinate internal reporting and development of management reporting and analysis of the Project?s financial and operating performance.

Liaise with the Financial Manager in the Corporate Branch Office.

Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting

Minimum of 5 years of cash management and forecasting and planning experience

Strong basis in the construction accounting discipline

Multi location experience

Preferred Construction Industry experience

Fluency in English
