Currently FUTURE Search&Selection, is assisting its Client – a multidisciplinary consulting company offering the services within transport, urban development, building, industry, water, environment and energy sectors, in finding a Candidate for  a CONTRACT  PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST position, to take part in Dam Rehabilitation and Improvement Project (DRIP), in India.

Will be responsible for  Quality checking and  R ecommendation
Will be responsible for p rior review of the proposals

The Procurement Specialist will ensure that all the activities performed within the DRIP project will be done respecting the rules that guarantee complete safety of the considered dam’s rehabilitation process, the involved people and infrastructures.

The Procurement specialist will be facilitating the overall coordination with  Project Management Unit  and for provision of guidance on procurement matters, in regards to all applied guidelines.
Will  examine  of the periodically submitted procurement plans Will examine  of the completeness of rehabilitation proposals in work package of each dam including quality assurance, proper procurement documentation, bidding process, bid evaluation, contract award and management of commercial aspects.

Education/Degree :  Engineer

Years of experience :  15 years

The Candidate  should have at least 15 years experience in Procurement of Infrastructure projects.    The Candidate should have a academic background with not less than Master Degree in Financial Management.    The Candidate  should have worked in at least one similar project.
