Due to the company’s very dynamic development in the CEE region, we are looking for a Sales Manager – East Europe (Utilities). The position is home-based but with a necessity to travel frequently.
Developing growth strategy & coherent sales objectives in collaboration with EU Sales Team Leader Utilities Demonstrate target achievements Target and goal orientated Managing the East Europe Utility sales team focused on Utilities, Independent Power Producers, Developers, and EPCs, providing the necessary support to achieve sales targets Define Sales Team KPI?s and objectives for EU Sales Team Leader Utility approval Follow upfront sales proposals and negotiations with the customers across East Europe and review contracts with internal legal and support teams Continuously seek, establish and develop business relationships with potential and new customers, expanding sales coverage of the company across East Europe and providing strong service to the new and existing accounts Identify and develop key accounts. Negotiation and follow up of contracts. Manage the entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all the key accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company?s related internal departments Communication directly with customers on issues relating to their orders and shipments Coordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of modules, and to advise customers of stock status Maintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic, and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities Analyze and monitor account customer data, and develop reports regularly based on customer information and development trend Ensure effective reporting of all activities under the managed accounts to the Regional Director on a weekly / monthly/quarterly basis Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customers and the company?s organization to ensure a long-term business partnership Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences. Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements.
Knowledge, skills and experience
Minimum 7 years of experience within a similar role in a solar company Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and interact with the rest of the team Strong negotiation and communication skills Strong bias for customer satisfaction Proactive self-starter and problem solver. Taking the initiative when required Good knowledge of the international business environment, operations, and practices (from international payment terms and conditions to Incoterm usage) High-level leadership Willingness to travel upon business requirements Microsoft computer skills for reporting/preparing documents ETC Previous knowledge of Salesforce CRM would be an advantage Languages: Fluent command of English and country-specific language is a must. Any other east European language will be considered an advantage High-level negotiation skills (able to command authority and control negotiations where required)
