Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
Enhance data collection procedures to include relevant information for building analytic systems.
Select features, build and optimise classifiers using Machine Learning techniques.
Develop an A/B testing framework and test model quality.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and present results in a straightforward manner.
Develop automated processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Leverage big data to discover patterns and solve strategic business problems using structured and unstructured data sets across multiple environments.
Follow and document best practices and processes.
Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple assignments in parallel.
Meet aggressive and often demanding timelines successfully.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study.
MCA preferable.
8 to 10 years of experience in data mining and working with and creating data architectures.
Knowledge of using Azure Machine Learning Platform.
Excellent understanding of advanced machine learning and visualization techniques for NLP algorithms.
Proficiency in manipulating and combining large datasets from multiple sources.
Proven experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Weka, NumPy, MatLab, etc.
Strong scripting and programming skills in Python, SQL, or similar languages.
Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, etc., is an added advantage.
Good understanding of relational database models.
Proven experience analyzing data from third-party providers, e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, comScore, Twilio, WordPress, AdWords, Facebook Insights, etc.
Skilled in visualizing/presenting data using BI tools, e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Plotly, D3.js, Datawrapper, etc.
Experience with cloud-based HaaS/PaaS solutions such as MS Azure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
