Currently FUTURE Search&Selection, is assisting its European roots Client – a multidisciplinary consulting company offering its services within transport, urban development, building, industry, water, environment and energy sectors, in finding a Candidate for Chief Executive Officer position for an Operation and Maintenance company. The entity is developing several Infrastructure Projects (Tunnels, Bridges, Motorways) in the region of Istanbul ?Turkey.
The CEO primary objective is to oversee the establishment and management of the systems necessary to ensure the continual successful operation and growth of the O&M Company.

Delivering services to the Concessionaire / Project Owner under corresponding O&M Agreement in full compliance with contractual requirements and in a profitable manner in both pre-operational and operational phases;

Customer relationship management;

Strategic planning;

Establishing and maintaining all operational policies, systems and processes.

The CEO will ensure provision of effective best practice management of internal and external customer relations as well as efficiently managing service provision by staff and outsourced service providers.

ertiary Qualifications in Engineering/Business/Marketing/Finance;

Successful proven experience in bottom line achievement;

Prior experience in the private sector in operations and maintenance of Tollroads or infrastructures at a senior level would be well regarded;

Speaking, reading and writing fluently the Turkish language and the English language. French language will be highly appreciated;
